Q: What is the closest hotel?

There are many motels that are within walking distance of our amusement park. Your best bet for information is to visit the Old Orchard Beach Chamber of Commerce website here: https://oldorchardbeachmaine.com/

Q: If I lost an item how can I retrieve it?

We take every effort to keep any lost items that are turned into us. Leave your name and contact information and a description of the item lost, where it was lost at any ticket booth while you are on location or send us a request through the contact us page.

Q: Are single tickets valid other than the day of purchase?

Yes! Single tickets and Ride Ticket Books never expire and can be used from Season to Season!

Q: What time do you close?

We have no set closing time — it depends strictly on weather and attendance.

Q: What happens if it rains?

There is a no refund policy in place here at Palace Playland. If a rain shower occurs, we might temporarily close some or all rides. However, we make every effort to re-open once the weather passes.

Q: Can I leave the park and re-enter?

There is no admission fee or gate at Palace Playland. Any guest can come and go as they please during our regular operating hours.

Q: Is your arcade token operated?

Our Arcade does not operate on Tokens. We have a Cashless Game Card system with tap RFID Readers installed on most of our Games. Simply load your Game Card at any of our Self Service Kiosks and you're ready to play! Points won from redemption games are automatically loaded to your Game Card. A small section of quarter operated games are located in the back of the Arcade.
